Headteacher and Co-Founder, School 21

Oli de Botton, a Teach First alum, is Headteacher and Co-Founder of School 21. Mr. de Botton became Assistant Head and Head of sixth-form at Oasis Academy Hadley (formerly Albany School) and worked for the Education Development Trust (formerly CfBT Education Trust), setting up new schools and developing new thinking on effective teaching.

From 2008 to 2012, Mr. de Botton worked as a government education advisor in the United Kingdom and around the world, specializing in teacher development and curriculum. Along with Peter Hyman and Ed Fidoe, Mr. de Botton established School 21 and the 21 Trust in 2012.
